would like to do tech warm water diving with a 3mm and doubles steel tanks I use for cold water

but back plate and dubble steel = 20-25 lbs if my wing blows i am a anchor on the bottom ideas ?

and don't say dive dry that would suck in 75-80 water

See, you even know why it's a bad idea. ;)

If you can't dive dry, consider diving positively bouyant (aluminum) tanks. Or (gasp) dual bladders.

What Pants! said. And maybe an aluminum backplate instead of a stainless steel one if needed. Problem is you're probably going to need some ditchable weight which might effect your trim if it's located in the wrong place(s).
 
I dive Dry all the time in the winter off Florida. Not really a problem unless speed is your thing and I still seem to spear very well. I do agree that carrying a lift bag for emergency's is a good idea though. I have had BC's fail on 2 occassions. One of those I was wearing dual bladders, the other wasn't very deep with a single tank so not a problem. When I dive dry and am heavily weighted though I split my weight between belt and vest.
