We have had one cabin cancellation for our annual red sea liveaboard / Dahab Egypt recreational / technical diving trip this year. We would like to fill this cabin, so we are offering a free recreational backmount, TEC40, 45, or 50 course, normoxic trimix TEC 65, or full hypoxic trimix course with the booking of this cabin. For TDI people, the course can be AN/DP, helitrox, or extended range.

The qualifying liveaboard cabin is $1100 per person based on double occupancy or $1500 single occupancy. It includes the private cabin, food, non-alcoholic drinks, tanks, weights, nitrox and approximately 20 recreational dives. It does not include rental equipment. Divers can dive sidemount, independent backmount doubles, or manifolded doubles at a slight extra cost. Only recreational diving is allowed on the liveaboard, so we generally use this week to prepare tec students for the second week. The liveaboard dates are 30 July to 6 August 2022.

The optional second week 6 to 13 August is going to be shore diving in Dahab Egypt where among other things, we will be technical diving the Blue Hole Arch Divers Graveyard and Canyon sites. The course included in the liveaboard booking can be used during this week or at a future date. The cost of the hotel for this week is $500 which includes the room and breakfast, and transportation to and from Sharm. Diver's electing not to do the free course during this trip can do recreational diving at approximately $250 for a 10 dive package.

The free course only covers tuition. It does not include instructional manuals, rental equipment, gasses, or incidental charges. Divers must have the necessary prerequisites and complete the preparatory work by the time the course starts.

Airfare is currently running between $1000 and $1400 round trip and is the responsibility of the diver to book.

We will also be doing the pyramids in Cairo 13-15 August for those interested in staying a few extra days.
