People often dive recreationally with doubles and just make one really long dive. People like Aaron Moser are on rebreathers to get a lot closer to sea life for pictures/video.

While I dive sidemount, I've never gone deep. Only during a rare significant slack have I gone beyond and around the jetty to explore.

I'd be curious if anyone has gone deeper and discovered anything interesting. I kind of doubt it.

Blue is recreational depths; pink 40 to 60m range...
There is a wee bit of featuring SSE of the jetty, 30m / 100ft depths after perhaps 250 metres
As for where one might end up on a mis-read current, who knows...
