personally I don't think the VR3 actually uses helium in its calculations. I think its just a nitrogen calculation with added concervatism.. I can get my cohran commander to generate run times that match the vr3 almost exactly.. if i use the deep stops indicated by the VR3 the commander clears at the same time and its a "nitrox" only computer..

Reg at sunsethouse said someone else told him the same thing.. I just ran a week of training at sunset house and used the latest versions of the explorer computer (both cell integrated and non integrated).. I ran buhlman besides RGBM and the differances were incredable...
