It looks like level 3 to me which also goes into cave diving. I'm talking about something more like Discover Tec Deep, for some introduction + a few skills to see if the're thinking on the same page as they need to be.

Level 3 Technical Safeair Diver is a program designed for the entry level tech diver. There are also level 3 wreck and cave programs but the TSD is just for open water dives outside the recreational range of 130ft and outside the NDL limits. It introduces the use of breathing gases to accelerate decompression and is usually the divers introduction to the proper use of doubles and stage bottles.
The level 3 designation is just a reference to the difficulty level. There are a number of courses at that level.
