I know this thread is almost 10 years old but I'm curious if the visibility ever got any clearer with depth? If not, how deep did you go? I'm a Taylorsville native and have heard so many stories of the underwater town that lies beneath and would love to know if there's anything left down there to see. Hopefully the OP replies back. haha
