Hey Gang,

I'm really missing diving doubles. I currently have two E8-119's setup for singles, and I'm thinking a set of E7-100's would be perfect for me.

Anyone out there in the market for a pair of E8-119's (~2yrs old)? I'd deliver up to Milwaukee, Haigh, or Portage/Gilboa with new visual.

-Tim

Hey Tim,

I might be interested. PM sent.

I got a few pm's for how much I was asking.... So I wanted to publically post my response.

"Welp - new they go for ~$320 from Divers Supply. I'm thinking $550 for the pair."

Scubafishee has passed on the tanks - she muttered something crazy about a kayak... I just don't understand why anyone would want to float on TOP of the water - when they can be diving UNDERWATER..... Oh well - Jchoby - you still interested...?

Laser:
What happened to your Fabers?

Sold them at the end of last season. They were too negative in the water for my rig. (-14 -> -7) compared to PSTs which swing towards neutral.

I agree -- the buoyancy stats looked like they were heavy. I think you have it nailed -- the E7-100's should be sweet for you.
You're welcome to try my 130's if you have any thoughts of these maybe not being too big. Just a trip to Haigh to find out.
You taking the DIRF this weekend, or just hanging out?

Why??? :06:

Two words... seasonal allergies.

My PST-80s are filled and ready to go. But this year, the allergies just won't give me a break. So, I figure, if I can't go diving underwater... at least I can grab the kayak and go paddle around, floating on top.

The alternative was to have four (DRY) pretty steel tanks lined up and waiting by the door while I sit on the couch and sneeze... :11:

Taking it. I had to sit out on the water portion last year up in Milwaukee/Pearl Lake. Looking forward to it....
