So my goal was to have a tool to tighten or removed tank knobs. Whats necessary is some slot like screwdriver with a notch out of it. There are tools for that but they are pricey, and i've read here and seen where people have modified screwdrivers or chisels to have a notch. I took a look at all the wider slot screwdrivers and they were all too long to fit in the save a dive kit and the stubby screwdrivers were too stubby and typically not wide enough. But what bothered me most was that it seems like such a trivial thing so i took a stroll through Canadian Tire and came up with this:
Angle Bracket
Trimmed To Size
Notched
Dimensions
It just needs to be sanded where you cut it with the Dremel and possibly thinned at the end by sanding if it doesnt quite fit your screw slots.
50 cents (Canadian cents even which = about 38ish cents US) and about 5 minutes with a dremel and away you go.
