I would expect more than 72 considering the size and pressure rating. The shop owner I got it from claimed it was a 95 perhaps. I don't think he was sure.
 
It may be an 80 cuft cylinder. Faber made a cylinder that was a MP3000 / 72 cuft slightly fatter but shorter.
 
The inter- webs are not that helpful either. one might think there would be a listing of pst tanks somewhere. I'll keep looking.
 
All else fails fill it with water and measure the volume.
 
gallons of water x 0.133681 cuft/gallon x pressure (psi) / 14.7 (psi/atm) == cu ft

example cylinder holds 2.5 gallons of water in a 3300 psi cylinder

2.5 x 0.133681 x 3300 / 14.7 = 75 cu ft
 
72s and 90s are pretty close in size, at the shop we have both and it seems like the 90s are just a little bigger in diameter. The tanks were made in the late 70s though, not sure if that makes any difference
 
The valve on the tank looks older, but born date appears to be in the 80's.

were your 90's mid pressure?
