Hello Everyone
It appears you folks might have some ideals for me. A picture of your suggestion would be better.(LOL)
I am living in Malayasia and doing a small dive operation. I have bought some used tanks and need to construct a vice or holder to place the tanks in so that I can remove the tank valves for service.
I am building my shop area around a 40 by 20 foot patio. I have one cement wall to attach tables etc from
So any help on this would be welcome. The tanks in question have been overtightened and poorly maintanced.

Might try a ratcheting tie down or some type of chain vise. Not sure what would be available in Malaysia. If using the tie down, wrap it around the tank and tighten it down as tight as possible. Most chain vises will have to be mounted to something stationary.
