I know of, at least one, dive operator who won't let those on their boat or be filled in their shop. I wish all would do this. How stingy can you actually be?
They aren't coming in my garage, to my fill station, or on my boat. If you're that much of a cheap arse then we are not aligned on priorities in diving.

The argument that SLC happens slow enough to be caught by a visual or VE is false. The VE is also stupidly expensive around here and putting $55 for hydro and VE into an Ebay vintage 80 is dumb.
