Are any shorties made in a tall size, my legs are long but also my trunk and was hoping to find one that would fit more comfortably - any ideas?

Closest I can find is a Henderson Thermoprene front zip jacket in 3mm comes in shorts and longs. Basically a long sleeve shorty. If you ask your LDS to check with Henderson, they may be able to cut it to short sleeves for an added price. But also, just try on a "better than basic" suit that has more stretch than value priced neoprene, and you may be fine with that.
