Interesting - the survey is only interested in divers from the USA. Choose Canada and you're done. Wonder what they are really after, or are non US divers so different it will screw up the statistics

I too gave trash address information. I do NOT want a mess of solicitations from places I don't want to go to, or businesses I don't want to deal with.
They also don't seem to care about the fact that it is now 2006 - the last year that they have available for answering anything is 2005.
Between having done all my buying in 2006 and living at 123 Main Street, Anytown USA, I don't know if my survey is worth much to them.

Apparently they check on unique IP-adresses.
