Well, I can't really submit my marriage certificate (or the divorce one) in lieu of my "homework", can I :) ?

Briefly, in the communities where I dive, gender bias is quite prevalent - and it impacts women's access and/or interest in technical diving. I've heard similar stories from women divers from different parts of the world as well. Perhaps a short paper with some numbers behind it might be relevant to influence attitudes over time.

What are your qualifications to conduct such a research survey and develop a report?

Are you conducting research at an institution?

Is there an IRB protocol in place for the survey?

What happens to the data in the survey? Are the respondents anonymized or is there some form of data collection that could identify them (IP address).

Thanks for the questions! This is a project for my second BA program, student in Psychology this time (through a local University).

Data is completely anonymous, not even IPs collected - since most respondents are in Europe, this needs to be GDPR-compliant, therefore collecting no identifying data is the safest approach.

The protocol has been approved by our Organizational Psychology Department Lead - instruments and scales are not new or original (Big Five, MIMI-16, Risk Taking Inventory, Resilience - CD-Risc-10 and others, Likert scales, 4 or 6 points to avoid central tendency bias).

I was willing to indulge the OP and got through a little more than half of the survey when it became apparent that this survey is merely designed to validate, not investigate, a certain conclusion. Sophomoric at best. Has the reek of bad AI.
Thank you for your feedback.

Hi! Hopefully this is allowed, apologies in advance if it's not.

Your support is needed and greatly appreciated: I'm running a preliminary short research to explore how different factors (including gender dynamics) might relate to divers' performance and experiences.

The survey takes about 10-15 minutes and it's completely anonymous: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/KYQ76QQ

Thank you so much for taking the time to fill this in - I'll come back with the relevant results when data is collected and processed.

…and if personality traits (such as consciousness) have an effect in mitigating gender bias impact.

Consciousness is a personality trait now?

So, if I follow this logic trail, that means when I slam two Red Bulls at work that all my female supervisors, colleagues and subordinates will think I’m epically egalitarian. I mean, two of the Austrian rocket boosters make me pretty conscious.

In the spirit of co-ed teamwork, inclusion and individual validation, I could give all my female colleagues team callsigns like Isobaric Isabel, NOTOX Nancy, Deco Deborah and Trimix Teresa.

Backgas Barbara may not resonate…maybe I should call her Buhlmann Barbara.

I should probably start drafting my acceptance speech for Ultra Conscious Office Man of the Year Award.

Your humor is appreciated.
Regarding consciousness, I was referring to conscientiousness, thank you for pointing that out.

Thanks for answering! I'll be happy to fill out the survey.

I also took the survey. I do hope you share your results.

Completed it with the understanding this is for a BA level degree not an especially sophisticated peer reviewed publication.

There are some oddly duplicative questions near the end and could use some editing to avoid things like double negatives. Also the gender question was (surprisingly) binary with only 1 "other" option.
