I’ll be traveling with a dive buddy of mine to Taiwan for about 10 days at the end of April 2025. The trip won’t be exclusively a dive trip, but I don’t know when I’ll be back to Taiwan, so I’d like to get a day or two of diving in.

Any recommendations or suggestions on places (within recreational limits) that would be good that time of year? Not picky about shore vs boat dives, or going with a shop or not. Planning on only bringing my own regs, mask, and computer because of limited luggage space.

Normally I’m a drysuit diver in anything below rashguard temperatures because I hate wetsuits, but I’m not planning on hauling my drysuit along for only a day or two of dives. The warmer the suggestion the better, but if it’s a colder site that’s absolutely spectacular, I could be talked into renting thermal protection while there.
