Went on their website thinking it was a product line but no joy. So I sent an email and asked them what SWIV meant. Will post when reply received. Meanwhile Somewhere in Vegas.

I'll bet a fine ale that it's a product name...need some joy over here!

maybe, but they seem to be doing their job well as opposed to being a wanker. It is prompting discussion of Oceanic products in a public forum, and is getting people to go to their website :)
 
Introducing the new Oceanic WANKA. (Wide Area Navigation Knowledge Application). I love it. Only to be used by non-DIR divers AKA 'strokes'.
