Well I just returned yesterday from a two week dive trip. Used the B&L solution which is the replacement for Otic Domboro. Once again no ear problems. This with about 45-50 dives in two weeks straight diving. I think the B&L product will give better results than "home brew". A bottle costs about $15.00 and will last quite a long time. My wife and have used one bottle for our last three or four trips. The B&L product number is NDC 24208-615-77.
