What weekend in September works best for our weekend of camping and diving at Windy Point?

Sept 9th is the Annual Lake Travis Clean Up. There would be pros and cons to camping/diving at Windy Point on that weekend.

Having it the weekend of the clean up has its advantages. Oak Hill Scuba will be doing the cleanup at Bob Wentz Windy Point. I can't think of an easier commute to the clean up site than that.

I voted for clean up weekend. That way even if Rocket and I are not welcome in the family park, we can visit with y'all at the clean up festivities and dive.

Maybe I will hit the lotto and can buy park and change to 'Dive & Dog park (with Shaggies micro brewery on premise, of course ).

Until then, I will be taking full advantage of my annual travis county parks permit and diving the rest of travis.

And will be much easier to do since picked up a used steel 72 last weekend to keep handy in garage so always have a tank if shop not open and a spare if it is.

Gosh, I am SO ready to be back in the lake. It's been 8 weeks since I've been underwater!
