Hello everyone,

Not quite sure if I'm in the right place for this so point me the right way if I'm wrong please.

I was handed down an old Suunto Vyper from the early 2000s by my grandpa, who used to dive. It came in a module that was part of the SPG assembly. I wanted to move this computer to my wrist, as I far prefer to have it in front of my face at all times.

Enter the problem: the computer did not come with a wrist strap. Right now, I have a cheap amazon silicone watchband rigged to it with some brass wire that I picked up during a jewelers program. This will not do long term! I would like the original watch strap, but I cannot find it anywhere! I ordered the Vyper Novo strap hoping that it would fit, but it doesn't, and I do not want to modify it if it's not necessary.

Enter the question: does anyone know where I may find the OEM band? Does anyone have an old one laying around? I plan on buying a far nicer computer, do not fret, but I would like to keep this one as a backup.

Any input helps!

Thanks,

Justin

Maybe not exactly what you are looking for, but some clever minds have designed 3D templates that fit the Vyper and let you use a bungee mount on it.

Finding a place to 3D print something isn't hard with all the companies offering this online. All you need to do is upload the drawings and that is virtually it.

@lowwall had a great tip, which was that some local libraries have community accessible 3D printers as well.
