Does anyone know if Suunto is still running their rebate program for trading in an old computer to receive a discount on a new computer, or discounts on a Suunto computer for taking a PADI class?

I do not know that. But a few months ago I purchased a Viper and looked into trading in my Mosquito in at the time. They told me that the trade in was for the purchse of a Cobra and maybe the Vytec. So it was invalid for my Viper

Nope the rebate ended 7/31, and was just for the Vytec and Cobra. FWIW, it wasn't restricted to just PADI classes.
