Suunto EON Core problem

Hello everyone

I have a Suunto eon core which is approximately 4 years old. It was bleeping once it was charged up and now has an error message. Has anyone come across this before? Suunto have said it can be sent back for an investigation but I live on Bonaire and this isn't an easy option! I'll add a photo of what it is saying. Any help would be greatly appreciated. You could try using Suuntolink to upgrade to the latest firmware version. Probably won’t work, but worth a shot.

Also try a different charging cable. My original cable eventually wore out and caused errors when connected. A new cable corrected that.

Looks like you were upgrading the software. Are you sure your firewall and/or anti-virus software isn’t blocking the upgrade.
