Suunto D9 Transmitter help please...

Does anyone know the wrench size for the transmitter?

Why do you need a wrench? You screw the transmitter in the HP port hand tight.

Its been on there for a long time and I dont think the person that installed it put it on hand tight! Besides, if they say only hand tight, why manufacture it with a spot for a wrench??

3/4" wrench, you may need to find a thin wrench or grind the thickness down to get it to fit

Thanks! I took my regs to home depot and they had a cresent (sp?) wrech with narrower sides. That worked! I'll grind one of my old 3/4's down for next time.
