Hi,ihave just had the battery changed on my Suunto D6i, it seems tobe working ok, but there is a blemish on the screen directly behind the bottom right hand button........It is a green colour....it has not been in the water since the battery change....Any ideas please???
Thanks Marc

Not good. Suspect the LCD display might have got water or water vapor during the battery change. Who changed the battery? Did they waterproof it?

A jeweler changed it......wasnt waterproofed.....but cant see how water might of got in, water vapour maybe as it was cold ish......

I understand you have not taken your D6 to the water yet, so probably is just water vapor. I bet you the jeweler did not change the o-ring either, another reason for refraining from diving until you have it opened by a service center to see what's going on inside and remove the water vapor. Of course, once you open it you gotta change the o-ring and waterproof it. My advice: have it properly serviced before you take it to the water. We could service your D9 (www.divewatchdoctor.com) but I also see you don´t live in the US.
