Hi fellow divers,
Does anyone have an Aqualung i330r, maybe the issue Aqualung are saying I have is by default

I have bought an Aqualung i330r and I sent this question to Aqualung:

I have just received, yesterday my new dive watch and I would like the default screen to be time and temp etc, but unfortunately it stays in that screen for 5 secs and then reverts back to surface time, which I can understand after diving but not for everyday, when not diving

Their response was:

Thank you for your message.
We're to hear about your experience with your computer.
Please note that for safety reasons, your device should be examined by a specialist.
Did you purchase it from our site?
If so, please provide us with your order number.

If you bought it from a reseller, please contact them so that they can repair or exchange it for a new one.

I think they have misunderstood the issue, so I sent this to them with the attached photos:

Hello,
I bought it from Amazon and just received it yesterday, however let me explain the problem again just in case there is a misunderstanding.
So this the standard view when I switch it on
If I touch the top right hand button twice, it goes to time, as shown in second photo, but it stay there for just 10 seconds before it reverts back to surface time.

Does this mean the watch is faulty?

Does this mean it is faulty? or is there a way in settings that I can change this.

It’s not nor ment to be a dive watch. It was manufactured to be used as a personal diving computer.

Thanks DogDiver for your response but can you elaborate more what your comment answers in terms of the issue I have highlighted as I am slightly confused.
