Any one has experience with the Suunto D3 bottom Timer.

Anyone has taken them below their maximum operation depth of 262 feet? If, so what happen?

Suunto told me that the D3 and the vyper only display depth information below 262 feet and that we lose all other functions (Light, Rate of ascent, Timing..etc) which I find very odd...

Any comments?

Thanks
