Suunto Core worth it over the D4i?

According to @RonR modern super-AMOLED screens are made in cellphone and smartwatch sizes and nobody can be bothered to produce dive-computer-sized ones in quantities that an average dive computer vendor would need. Presumably Suunto's big enough to break out of that mold.
 
After getting to a dive shop and getting a good hands on, I bought an EON
Nice work, I went from a Suunto Vyper Air Black and am soooo happy, nothing better when eyes start going at 50 and having a good clear screen, and for night dives no need to press back light to read computer that lasts 1min.
