I understand these combos are modular, and you can pretty much build your own set. What are the differences among the Vyper, Favor and Fusion components..? Is the Vyper the most rich in features (probably the most expensive?).

I would like to have a 2 gauge combo with a boot that allows me to place additional components on the back (the long three component models I dont really like). Thanks.
 
I think you mean "Console", not combo.

And nothing in the world says you have to use Suunto's. I use a Sherwood CNC-3 boot, with a Genesis computer and SPG, and Sherwood compass.

So feel free to shop around until you find one that's to your liking.
 
Vyper is the model that has the "latest" features vs. the other 2 you listed.

If you don't like bulky consoles, perhaps give wrist mounted gauges a try.....
 

Yes, I meant console. Im still shopping around at this point, but all the options does make deciding quite an issue. Thanks.
