Seriously, I don't know of any piece of equipment that would allow a topside supervisor to monitor PSI of a free swimming diver. Having said that, with hoseless/air integraed computers on the market you have to think the technology is out there. If you find something, let me know. We are always looking for a better mousetrap

I have never heard of anything either and even if there was something out there I don't think I'd trust it.
 
I have a hard enough time maintaining a connection from the transmitter to the wrist computer separated by only a few feet, I could only imagine the issues arising from any decent distance
 
If you have to micro manage your divers, they shouldn't be working on scuba.

Invest in surface supplied equipment.
