That being said, the most frequent problem is that sometimes after going
Red, you don't look so
Red... not even pinkish! To solve that go here:
http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/profile.php?do=editusergroups and change the "Display Group" to Supporter. Save and walla, you will be
Red!
The next issue involves our MONTHLY supporters. There is a bug in the subscription and while it does not seem to affect everyone, it has affected a few. The solution is to go to PayPal and cancel your subscription and then create a new one, just like
DebbyDiver (with a "
y") did! We don't have control over the PayPal side of this so this is something you have to handle!
That being said, one of the NEW features of our updated subscription, is the automated sending of your tank stickers! That's right! You no longer have to ask for them, as long as your address is correct when you subscribed. This applies ONLY to those who have subscribed since the first of the year, so if you haven't gotten them from LAST year, please send your request to
Stickers@ScubaBoard.com and be sure to include your user name!
