I cannot justify paying 30-40 for cordura nylon pockets to attach to my wetsuit. Does anyone have a source from backpacking or other sports or activities that sells basically the same thing but for a reasonable price like $10. Some things that don't quite work are:

1) For $10 I can buy a cheap rectangular camera case
2) For $40 I can buy a used backback and cut the pockets off of it
3) Buy the materials and sew it myself (although I would have to buy a sewing machine).
4) Buy the materials and have a seamstress make them (the materials are very cheap by the way).
5) The pouch my first aid kit comes in.
6) Weight pockets for various BC's (typically 30-40 for 2)

Samsonlite have a few cordura camera cases that have an allowance for a belt, some of them will allow 2-3 inch webbing. Great for thigh pockets and gear pockets on weight belt/harness.
Look for digital camera cases, I bought one for a mask pocket at Target for about $8.00.
