If you want a read that will teach you about what can go into deadly accidents, Last Dive is a good one. The diving in it is something that only a small percentage of divers do, but the accidents are well explained as well as what happened after the accidents. It can help bring home how the smallest thing can be fatal if not handled properly. One of the accidents was fatal, the other was not. It also has a good bit of history and some interesting divers are profiled.
