You'll have to have a small boat to get there. The area is all private residences.

You could walk to in in the winter and ice dive it
I wouldn't do that. The area is too shallow and you wouldn't want to be wedged in-between the ice and the lake bottom. Especially on a potentially moving ice sheet that can change depending on the winds.
