Yes well I thought so too..... actually when the Dr told me what it was, my reply was "how can I have emphysema, I don't smoke...".
Yes well I've since looked up the definition.
In any case the early symptoms are a 'rice krispies' effect when you press on your neck, collarbone/chest area. You know Snap, Pop, and Crackle. If this occurs..DO NOT go for dive number 2.
Anyway hope this helps at least one person.
