sub-par diver?

I have heard that Tiger Woods and his Swedish fiance' are both certified cave divers. Does anyone know if this is true, and do they do their own thing, or do they have guided special tours just for them and to enhance their safety? I heard this while talking to some cave divers at Ginnie Springs Florida, I just can't imagine Tiger doing cave dives. Are their any other celebraties that dive? I know Tony Stewart (NASCAR Racer) dives, because he missed a practice session last year waiting his 12 hours before flying.

Yes, Tiger Woods is a certified cave diver. He was certified by a NAUI instructor if memory serves me correctly. I believe that Tiger took most, if not all of his training from this instructor (the name escapes me at the moment) and the two dive together pretty frequently.

Bill Rennaker at Cave Excursions has a picture in his shop of him and Tiger.

I dont know anything about his fiancee' so I wont comment on that aspect.

The Thai royal family have many environamental / diving connections. The Princess is an excellent diver and has also had a strong positive influence on marine conservation in the similan Islands (west coast of Thailand) in terms of prevention of dynamite fishing in this area.
