Stylus 600 & PT-029 Housing, Strobe ?

I have a Stylus 600 with the PT-029 housing. I need suggestions on a strobe for this basic camera setup. Also what device would trigger the strobe? Plus, I need suggestions on a case to carry all the pieces.

We do lots of epoque strobes for oly setups, the smaller for your standard point and shoot photograph, the larger of you want to be adding wide angle (the angle of coverage isn't enough on smaller strobes).
look for a package with tray and arm most strobes are YS mount so sorting out this is easy.
