Anyone know the best way to get a pressure port adapter off, got a used 3 gauge console and they put an adapter on it to fit it to a low pressure port and its stuck.
 
Soak it in some water. See if it works. Can try alternating hot and cold too

Actually, they put an adapter on it to fit an early era hp port (which were the same thread as the lp ports).
 
When I buy old stuff, the first thing I do it take off all the old hoses and throw them away. New hoses are not that expensive and then I don't have to worry about how long the old hose will last before it fails.
 
Chuck it in the ultrasonic with some Simple Green
