Thanks everyone for your help. I think the Z240 is the strobe for me. Can't wait to try it out and see if it makes a big improvement in my shots.

I am using a Sea & Sea YS-110 with my SP-350. I have been getting excellent results.
I also invested in the TTL option for the sp-350 and it works very well. The YS-110 cost about $550 US.

If you're planning on firing the Z240 optically, you might keep the FL-20 connected via the hot shoe and I'd recommend getting the Inon AD mount for WA and Close up lenses if you don't already have it. Then you can use the really nice Inon optical cord set-up that goes with the AD mount. You'll have to keep your camera set for on camera + external flash. The FL-20 will still do Oly ttl, and you can either set the Inon on External auto, letting the strobe decide, or fire it manually while the Oly covers the ttl for close-up stuff. Only downside of external auto is you have to point the strobe directly at your subject, which can lead to backscatter. I originally tried to slave the Inon off my FL-20, but it didn't really work, so you have to leave the camera flash on and just deal with a slightly slower recycle time and a bit shorter battery life.
