String for BCD exhaust valve

Hi guys.

I need to replace the string on my Hollis SMS BCD exhaust valves. Where can I get the string from to do that?

For cheap, go to hardware supply and get a spool of "Mason line."
The key is that it is braided. When you're done, burn the ends. White won't be as UV resistant as black, but this spool fixes a lot of BCDs.

I repaired one using paracord, that you can buy at Amazon.com, a 10' piece will cost about $4, and you can probably find it at local hardware stores as well.
