Question Stretch &/or Trim Latex Neck Seal?

Check out this good video on neck ring cutting/stretching. My take away shows more about cutting than stretching a latex seal, (from Annapolis Performance Sailing). Good logical technique don’t you think???

Did you try to trim your neck down instead of the seal?
