Hey all,

I'm relocating to Canada next year and am going to Indonesia for three months beforehand. Alas, my drysuit will be shipped over the pond together with all my other belongings. What's the best way to store it while being shipped? Zipper open/closed? Folded/rolled? Seals talced? It's currently rolled up, zipper open in a duffel bag.

The suit is a seaskin Nova.

Thanks!

Zipper open.

Metal zipper open, plastic zipper closed. Latex seals talced, neoprene seals doesn’t matter. And welcome to Canada!

I have never heard of keeping plastic zippers closed.

Of course, one could write a book about stuff I have never heard. :rofl3::rofl3:

What about silicone seals?

So consensus on zipper seems to be no one has an idea. Haha

I think the consensus is : Brass zippers open, plastic closed. Which do you have?

I store mine folded in it's own bag with plastic zip open, but protective zip closed.
Silicone seals are talc'd. Not sure if it's needed, but at least it helps with donning.
