In my opinion, that's not that long ago...

But I don't use the "o" word either
I second that opinion. Last of the 50's here.

naui - my OW certification fins - my favorite Buffett song - 73 year I graduated from HS - yeah a long time ago.

It's not nice to make people laugh out-loud at work.

You're welcome! There is NOT enough laughter going around. Couldn't resist the nice setup Mike's reply provided for my little joke.

The truth: I didn't want to use my wife's boring domain name for my e-mail service, so I asked her to buy me a cool-sounding domain name for Xmas a number of years ago. The amazingly non-sinister origin of deepblue@the-skull.com is that she thought it was cute how fascinated I was by the tiny-sized skull of our newest puppy.

So there.

Had a very good night on vacation a few years back with a crew of mates. Sometime after midnight it was observed that I'd gone through the better part of a bottle of Bacardi Spiced Rum. After they played with the idea that I was channeling a demon entity (Ron Bacardi) a la a certain scene in 'Ghost Busters' ('There is no [my name], only Ron!'), they nominated me as the newest member of a band I particularly loathed - the Spice Girls. I was 'Bacardi Spice'.

All very childish and silly, but it was such a riotiously great holiday and still a silly in-joke, so I've adopted it as a nick.

Some of these are quite funny - gave me a bit of a laugh during a break in the DIR-F class - of course Joe is making the class quite funny with his jokes too . . . so no shortage of humor today - you all have a great day :)

When I joined SB I was a working commercial diver in central Florida.
Most of the work is inside storm water drain pipes and I was dope enough to keep doing it. :D

Besides, I like a name that doesn't sound too serious.
