Should you store (hang) a BC with a bit of air in the bladder? I worry about any water left in it after rinsing, is a little bit of water a problem?

Thanks.

i do, just to keep the bladder from sticking

i also can't quite get ALL the water out sometimes... i know i probably
should worry, but hey, i do the best i can

No... It used to dry out by itself. In addition, some inflation actually helps for drying out the residual moisture....

left the valves open for some days, after totally dry, insert the valves, inflate a little bit, hang and forget :))

Flush 3 times, hang, inflate and use frequently.

"....use frequently"

The best advice yet! :D

Thanks all for your help.

Yeap before drying out the BCD, use it again ;)

If you dive once in a while, probably ortoman's recomendation would be best.

If you dive frecuently, you may use spectrum's recomendation 'cause is more practical.

Either way, a bit of air in the bladder is a great idea to keep it from stickin together.

so do you guys hook your reg back up to the tank and inflate the bc after your done doing all the cleaning? when i flush mine i dump all the water out and therefore empty any air that may be left in the wing.

nope, orally inflate it

or is it manually inflate it?
