i am looking at getting the stix float arm system my question is there anyone who has the stix system with ikelite ds 125 strobe and if so does the arms and clamps hold the strobe ok as the strobe is a little heavy i am concerned that it won"t be able to take the strain and the longevity of the ball joint concerns me as as they are not made of metal, any help would be appreciated
Steve:-)

I feel certain that the Stix arms will not support the DS 125's topside but am pretty sure that they will work underwater. I am using them with no problems for my Inon Z240's (which are more negative underwater than the Ikes).

HTH,
Dave

thanks for the info i will probably get the stix as they are also a good price when you buy them with the floats
