"Sting guard" face cover thing?

Anyone ever try this sting guard thing?
I get into the jellyfish flotillas rarely, but here in New York the water is COLD, and this looks WARM. But I wonder... can you clear the mask easily? It looks like this gizmo would make that tricky. Opinion? I suppose I could get a mask with a purge....
