I dive with a Brigade, but I have a Tech bladder for it as well.
I use the Tech 65# bladder for California diving (LOTS of neoprene, hence lots of lead) and the Brigade (really the Escape) 35# bladder for warm water travel. Best of both worlds and my BC stays the same, with the same stuff in the same pockets and clipped to the same D-rings and the same knive ziptied to the same shoulder strap.
Changing the bladders is a 5 -10 minute job, even the first time.
