what is a LP steel tank hydo tested to?

from what i understand they are tested at 5/4 pressure which means they are HYDRO'd at 4000 PSI

5/3 pressure. A 3000 psi tank would be tested to 5000psi

I have attached our spec sheet, take a look at our HP-120 it is 3 lbs lighter than the alum 100 and holds 20% more air, plus at the end of your dive it stay negatively buoyant.

I have two CAtilina AL 100s and I quite like them. they are compact aluminum (3300 psi) and they are negative so you get to drop about 5 lbs vs the AL 80s.

They don't rust, and they aren't that heavy to lug around on the surface.

I often add a AL 30 pony to the mix too.

cheers, Angus.
