So today I cleaned up some of my old china, but not all of it I have hundreds of pieces under my steps and in my shrubs along the side of the garage. In my first picture in my post their is a plate in the lower left corner, well I cleaned that one today and as I cleaned I felt a rough spot in the center, then I seen some writing, I got the rest of the river grime off and rinsed then dried it I could make out a ships flag. So I took a red felt tipped marker and highlighted it. This is what I found It is from Manchester Liners LTD. of course it is a foreign flag ship that came through the Great Lakes.
