St. Petersburg Diving February 14th

I will be in St. Petersburg February 14th, and will be eager to dive as my diving in the frozen north gets a little limited. Any recommendations for a dive operator or charter in the area. As a side note, how is the diving in the area any good?

Thanks for all of the recommendations I know it is a little early but I am eager to get wet again, and this will be my only trip to dive anywhere other than the local lakes for a quite awhile.
