Tragic, but some closure as they have recovered the body.... The ones like Cameron and Lynn will continue to 'bother' me with no recovery yet...
 
Thirteen km and a dam in between. That's amazing that he's been recovered. I hope that this helps bring some closure to his family, friends and buddy.
 
So many unanswered questions. Has the coroner released any additional information?

In Canada, the post mortem report isn’t made public automatically.

It appears that rather than share information, the wagons have been arranged in circular formation.
 
I'm sorry that i'm posting in this older thread, but i just learned about this yesterday since i don't use social media :(.
I had spent a few months in utila as a DM with andy. Did anyone figure out if it was hypercapnia or what happened with the unit?
is there any chance that by using the new meg head on a maybe other canister he put in the wrong spacer?
it seems unreasonable to me that he either hadn't packed right, or that he got breakthrough in the unit on an aborted shallow dive profile.
