There is anohter boat ramp/part. Gravel ramp. It is a couple of miles down stream.

Heading South on 81, go past the 181 turnoff for Morrison. A couple of miles down you will see a caution light. Take one of the two lefts after it. They both fork into one road. You will fins the ramp a few miles down the road

Casady was crystal clear and nice a couple of days ago.

St Andrews pass and bay was the cleaest I have seen in in a year last weekend

Cassidy lake,... Large local spring feed lake. Only one public entrance,.. kind of hard to find,.. would not want to put direction on the net, could PM theem to you if you can't find it.

It is near Vortex. If you put cross hairs from North of 90, West of 81, Vortex area, East of 185 and South of Holmes County hwy 181 you would be close. Very popular fishing, camping, jet and water sking. A couple of days ago it was about 15' deep around the shore, to about 30' in the middle. All kinds of rummors about things out there. My neighbors ex-husband, a highway patrolman made dives out there looking for something, they say they never found it and would not tell what they were looking for.

Last year some campers found a womens body, popped up, some people just never getting the proper weighting thing down.

In the summer, I often dive it without a wetsuit, nice and warm, Monday mornings. I go collect all the dallors bills, sunglasses, coins etc lost on the weekend.

Map of [1619-1994] County Highway 181 E Westville, FL by MapQuest

Zoom out three bars

Wow, a "lake" lake. So there's, um, stuff to see, and not just sediment on the bottom?? I'd love to do a lake dive sometime, it'd be like a shore dive w/out the damn surf to fight.

Bass, Bream, bear cans.

If you get there at dusk, shine your light over the lake, .. you'll see gator eyes,.. there some big ones out there.
